PUBLIC NOTICE

The Bessemer Municipal Airport, operated by the Bessemer Airport Authority, Bessemer, Alabama, hereby publishes a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for FY 2024-FY2026 for the Bessemer Municipal Airport. The proposed DBE goal is 9.98% for all FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2024, the proposed DBE goal is 7.10% for all FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2025, the proposed DBE goal is 7.11% for all FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2026 with a FY 2024- FY 2026 three-year goal of 8.06%. The methodology used in developing this goal is available for inspection at the Office of the Executive Director, Tim Wasyluka, 900 Mitchell Field Rd, Bessemer, AL 35022, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM until 4:30 PM. The Authority will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal for 30 days from the date of this advertisement. These goals are established in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.
